Refund policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can start a return or cancellation request through your customer account.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the payment received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
